How do I book an appointment?
Choose a treatment, then select an available date and time. Enter your details and send the request. The appointment is final after confirmation by the podiatrist.
Which days is the clinic open?
Appointments are available Sunday to Thursday, from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Why do times vary by treatment?
Times account for treatment duration, existing appointments, the lunch break and clinic closures.
How will I know if my request is confirmed?
The podiatrist reviews your request and contacts you through your chosen channel.
Can I cancel my appointment?
A secure link may be sent after confirmation. Online cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the appointment.
What is the waiting list for?
You can ask to be notified if a compatible earlier appointment becomes available.
Can I change my appointment myself?
Contact the clinic. The podiatrist can update it or offer you a secure new time.
What should I do in an emergency?
The online form is not a substitute for urgent medical assessment. Contact the clinic or an appropriate medical service.
